Payment Policy

On reservation a holding deposit of 20% to be paid.
One month prior to your reservation 50% of the reservation to be paid.
Balance to be paid upon check in .

Cancellation Policy

Up to one month prior to arrival date -- 100% refund
Up to two(2) weeks prior to arrival date -- 50% refund
Less than two(2) weeks of the arrival date -- No refund or payment has been forfeited.
