- You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
Check-out: Until 10:00 hours

Child policies:
- Children older than 11 years are welcome.
- To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Extra bed policies:
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- A rollaway bed can be provided in the lounge area for a third person.
Age restriction: No age restriction for check-in. (Only children 11 and older are allowed)

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.

- NZ $595 per night/for two (twin/double occupancy)
- Extra person charge NZ $80
- Maximum 3 persons per Villa
- Rates are inclusive of local Government taxes and are valid to 31st May 2023.
- Please note that we do not accept persons under the age of 12.

Payment Policy

Deposits for Bookings:

Two nights Deposit upon confirmation of booking.
Between 30-60 Days out we require full Payment.
Credit Card details Name/Number/Date of Expiry required. (3% Credit Card fee will be added)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation outside 60 Days of arrival date - No fee - full refund of any monies paid.
Cancellation between 60 - 30 of arrival date - 50% fee
Inside 30 Days of arrival date - Full Charge - No refund.
No show - full charge.
