All rooms offered by Zoomanity are subject to availability and the discretion of the management.
Priority will be given to rooms that were paid at the moment of reservation.
The room is reserved provided if there is a reservation made through on our website (www.zoomanity.com.ph), head office reservation booking and partner agents
The guest must provide, among and other things, a valid e-mail address on the reservation form. The Zoomanity Management takes no responsibility for the consequences of any incorrect information submitted by the guest.
For the online booking reservations, once the electronic payment has been verified, the Zoomanity online system automatically sends a confirmation e-mail to the guest, which must be retained for check-in purposes. Reservations are not final until the confirmation e-mail has been sent.
Zoomanity Hotel Management reserves the right to automatically release n0n-guaranteed reservations if guest does not arrive by 4:00 PM. Notice of projected delays beyond 4:00 PM must be relayed to the Hotel Front office desk/ Zoomanity Reservations Department.
Guests who wish to have access to their room before the check-in time must inform the Zoomanity Reservation Management in advance and obtain a deposit for such costs are paid in advance to the Company subject to liquidation.
• CONFIRMATION IS UPON PAYMENT
• All other incidental cost excluding room accommodation shall be for the account of the guest and may not be charged for collection to TA unless written confirmation from Zoomanity Reservation Management.
Any request for cancellation of booking must be supported by a written cancellation notice from Client or Travel Agent and must be emailed of faxed to Zoobic Safari at least 3 working days prior to the guest's check-in date, to avoid penalty charge of 1 day. The same penalty charge is also applicable in case of no show or short stay.
