Terms & Conditions

Check in is from 2pm. If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please notify Restaway Holiday Units directly to make arrangements.
Check out is by 10am. Please discuss with management if you require late check out.

All units at Restaway Holiday Units are non-smoking. Smoking inside or outside of the units will incur additional specialist cleaning fees.

We expect our guests to respect the property and leave the units tidy. Units requiring excessive cleaning or repair may incur additional fees.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required as confirmation at time of booking. The credit card must be valid for and at the time of arrival.

Full payment is taken on the day of arrival or can be paid in person at check-in. Visa, Mastercard, Tap and EFTPOS transactions will incur a 1.25% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required a minimum 48hrs prior to arrival date.

Bookings cancelled within 48hrs of arrival date will be charged the cost of the first nights accommodation.
