Terms & Conditions
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Guest CHECK-IN is strictly between 2pm - 6pm every day. Self Check-in is NOT permitted. Guest CHECK-OUT is 10am every day.
If you wish to check-in AFTER-HOURS, please contact the property directly or you WILL BE CHARGED an after-Hours check-in fee of $30.
PRE-PAYMENT:
Pre-payment of the first nights' stay will be charged at time of booking.
If payment for value of first night is declined, then the booking will be cancelled.
SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES & THEFT:
Guests will be charged a security deposit of $250 at Check-in. In the event of any damages (including smoking in rooms) or removal of property belonging to Rhodeside Lodge, some or all of the security deposit paid will be forfeited. Security Deposit refunds can take up to 7 days.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Balance of Payment for the Booking will be taken on the morning of check-in.
Declined or invalid card details will result in Cancellation of the Booking.
INTERNET:
Wi-Fi is available at the Lodge and is Free of Charge.
CHILDREN & PETS:
Due to shared living arrangement within Rhodeside Lodge, we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
PARKING:
Free private parking is available on site.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
The guest can cancel free of charge up until 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.
A refund will be provided if a pre-payment of first nights' accommodation was made.
**Refund via Bank transfer - 1-3 days
**Refund via EFTPOS Terminal - 5-7 days
