1. Failure to arrive at your hotel after 24 hours will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
2. Reservation voucher and valid ID will be required to present upon arrival for verification for the verification of the reservation.

5. Refund is subject to clause in cancellation policy. No refund for last minute cancellations.

Your credit card details will be collected upon booking to secure a room. However, we do not charge credit card offline. We can only accept direct bank deposit as payment, or payment via credit card at our Mandaue City Office.

Payment Policy
All direct bookings via website and Facebook are required to pay 50% deposit via Bank Deposit. We will not charge the credit card details provided upon booking.
We shall contact you prior to arrival to ask for deposit. If no deposit is received, we have the authority to cancel your booking.

Cancellation Policy
1. Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge.
2. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
