All the cottages are nestled within more than 9 acres of private forest, and ideally located 5 minutes from Mount Roland and 45 mins from the Cradle Mountain National Park. The Roland Bed and Breakfast is an oasis of romance, rest and a retreat away from all the busyness of life.
Roland B&B offers easy access to the best of the Mount Roland and Cradle Mountain area, activities and attractions. Among many others below are some of the best places worth visiting;
• Mount Roland - The summit affords one of the most spectacular views in Tasmania. It is approximately 5 minute drive from the property
• Leven Canyon - A dramatic canyon with a river twisting and roaring 275 metres below. Its only a 40 minute drive the property
• Mole Creek and King Solomon Caves - approx 30 mins from the property
• Anvers Chocolates is approx 45 mins from the property
• Tasmazia a colourful miniature village within a complex of mazes - approx 15 minutes from Roland B&B
• Lake Barrington -20k long and features an international rowing, skiing and canoeing competitions. Its approx 30 mins from Roland B&B.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when booking to stay at Roland B&B.
* Check In - After 2pm
* Check Out - Before 10am. If late check out has not been agreed upon a late check out fee may be applied to your booking if you fail to vacate your accommodation by 10am.
* A cleaning fee of $70 will apply and be charged to your credit card if accommodation is left unsatisfactory.
* All damage caused beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to your booking and deducted from your credit card.
* the establishment shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss damage or destruction to any personal property brought into these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects and motor vehicles parked on premises. I/we agree to pay all changes incurred by me/us during our stay at this establishment.

The cottage keys will be left in the key- box near the front door. The code for the key box will be either emailed or text to you. Please leave keys in this key box when you check out.

Telstra is the only mobile network available in the area.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings if you cancel your booking:-
· Up to 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: free cancellation;
· Within 30 days of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
. Cancellation due to border restrictions: free cancellation.
. Any other COVID related or trip related cancellation: non-refundable.
