Terms & Conditions

CHECK IN is available from 2pm. All bookings must provide a mobile number you will have with you while travelling and an estimated time of arrival when booking. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later than 5pm.
CHECK OUT is before 10am.

We provide FREE OFF-STREET PARKING for guests.
We provide guests with FREE WIFI INTERNET. The operation of any internet connection during this reservation is not guaranteed and may be disrupted or not available.

Guests are requested:
Not to bring pets
Not to increase the number in their party without prior consent of management
Not to hold a party or function without prior consent of management
Not to remove or damage any property belonging to Rosevears Hotel.
Not to leave the accommodation in an unreasonable condition, please report any damage to management.

THE PROPERTY AND ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. All shared spaces are non-smoking including decks, poolside and outdoor dining areas. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge of $300. Any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management.

Any additional costs of cleaning required (either to room, amenities or Spa) may be added to your fee as deemed necessary by management.

All room tariffs are calculated on the selected room rate.

No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Rates as quoted are subject to availability. By using the above rates you agree with and abide by our Terms and Conditions. Rates quoted are per room per night. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in AUD. All credit card transaction are in AUD and Rosevears Hotel cannot be held responsible for any foreign exchange fluctuations or international transaction fees imposed by the credit card merchant.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at time of booking. A Pre-Authorisation of one nights stay will be held on all bookings as a bond for your stay.

Pre-Authorisation Credit Card Swipe
A Pre-authorisation allows for the placement of cardholder funds on hold for a pre-determined time, allowing the option of completing the transaction at a later date. This pre-authorisation will be actioned at check-in: thus authorising management to recover any costs associated with the damage, loss, breakages, incidentals or additional cleaning incurred during the time of your stay. We will make every effort to contact you before debiting any monies from your card.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made within 7 days of the day of arrival a penalty of 1 nights stay will be payable. There is no refund for Peak Season bookings (e.g. holiday season, long weekends, public holidays).
