Terms & Conditions

Check-in is available from 2:00pm. Please advise the hotel if you plan on checking-in later than 5:00pm.

Check-out is before 10:00am.

All bookings must provide a mobile number you will have with you while travelling and an estimated time of arrival when booking.

We provide free off-street parking for guests and free Wi-Fi. The operation of any internet connection during this reservation is not guaranteed and may be disrupted or not available.

WE REQUEST OUR GUESTS:
Not to bring pets.
Not to increase the number in their party without prior consent of management.
Not to hold a party or function without prior consent of management.
Not to remove or damage any property belonging to Rosevears Hotel.
Not to leave the accommodation in an unreasonable condition - please report any damage to management.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NON-VAPING. All shared spaces are non-smoking and vaping including decks, poolside and outdoor dining areas. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge of $300. Any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management.

Rates as quoted are subject to availability. By using the above rates you agree with and abide by our Terms and Conditions. Rates quoted are per room per night. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in AUD. All credit card transactions are in AUD and Rosevears Hotel cannot be held responsible for any foreign exchange fluctuations or international transaction fees imposed by the credit card merchant.

Rosevears Hotel cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent bookings via third party channels.

Payment Policy

100% of payment is taken on the morning of check-in from the designated card on your booking.

If you wish to pay with a voucher, cash or an alternative way, please leave a note in the comments section when booking or contact the hotel.

For any additional charges such as cleaning or damage fees, we will also charge the card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation:

Cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will incur no charges.

Late Cancellation:

Cancellation made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the check-in date will result in a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount to the nominated card provided at the time of the booking.

Last-Minute Cancellation:

Cancellation made within 24 hours of the check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount to the nominated card provided at the time of the booking.

No Show:
In the event of a no-show (when a guest does not arrive and does not cancel), the full reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our reservations team directly or by using the online reservation management system provided at the time of booking.

Please note that all cancellations and their respective charges will be applied based on the hotel's local time zone.
