Terms & Conditions

Rosewood Guesthouse will not accept a booking without a valid credit / debit card being provided at the time of the booking.
Currently, we take the first night's accommodation tariff as a deposit and the balance of the booking amount becomes payable seven (7) days before the first night's stay. The card provided to secure the booking will be used to facilitate these payments.

Remote check-in is available from 3:00pm; unless otherwise advised and agreed.
Check-out is required by 10:00am, with keys being dropped in the key depository.
The cost of any damage caused during your stay will be charged to the card provided for your booking.
There is strictly no smoking within the Guest Rooms, but we do allow smoking in a smoking designated area in the corner of the garden.
Our four (4) Guest Rooms cater for two adult guests in each room and we have no facilities for extra guests or infants in these rooms.

We will try to honor all bookings as processed, but Management expressly reserves the right to make room changes or to amend room tariffs without prior notice and as deemed necessary.

Guests booking a Rolls Royce Tour must provide a pick up address if staying elsewhere, a deposit of 50% will be processed to secure the booking and the balance will be due for payment fourteen (14) days before the Tour date. Any cancellation must be made more than twenty eight (28) days prior to the Tour date, or a cancellation fee equal to the 50% deposit will apply. If fourteen (14) days or less notice is given, then the full payment will be forfeited.

The Exclusive Rolls Royce Tours are subject to availability and a deposit of 50% will be processed to secure the booking and the balance will be due for payment fourteen (14) days before the Tour date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes can be made via direct contact with Rosewood Guesthouse or via your booking agent. These changes must be made giving due notice. If less than fourteen (14) days notice is given the deposit will be forfeited. If seven (7) or less days notice is given, then the full payment is forfeited, unless we can re-let any portion of the booking.
Should you leave earlier than expected.
full payment will still be required.
Tours can be cancelled up to twenty eight (28) days prior without penalty. If less than twenty eight (28) days notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited. If fourteen (14) or less days notice is given, then the full payment is forfeited.
