Terms & Conditions

Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at anytime. Aggressive, derogatory and rude behavior will not be tolerated.

Drunken and antisocial behavior will not be tolerated. - No noise after 10pm.
We reserve the right to charge all incidentals and damages to the card file. This can be more than the $200 security bond on the room.
Guests that aren't staying at Samson Beach Chalets or Caravan are asked to leave by 10pm.
The pool area is for guests of Samson Beach Chalets and Caravan Park only. No parties, glass or alcohol in the pool area.
Dogs are not allowed on the Samson Beach Chalets property.
Please let us know if you are travelling with a boat or trailer as we have limited space for parking.

Payment Policy

Any late check-ins must be paid in full before arrival. If you think you will arrive after 5pm please contact us to arrange a late check-in.

For Chalets Bookings:
-One night’s accommodation deposit required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. If a deposit is not received we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. The balance is then due 48hrs before arrival.

-A damage deposit of AUD $200 is required before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Samson Beach Chalets reserves the right to charge more than the $200 damage deposit if further damage to the room has occurred.

For Caravan Park Bookings;
-A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is then charged the morning of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
One night accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. Refunds will be given up to 48hours prior to arrival, after 48hours the total price of the booking will not be refundable.
