No advance deposit is required, but we will need a credit card guarantee as you will be charged the full amount if you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation. Damage and excessive cleaning Policy
Damage and theft of hotel property
Standard excessive cleaning fee of $50 when the room is not left behind in a proper state. If there is excessive dishes and rubbish left behind, we reserve the right to charge $50. You are liable for any damage caused (whether by accident, negligence or disrespectful behavior), to our hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Sea Foam Villas has the right to charge the credit /debit card/cash in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred by Sea Foam Villas. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to contact you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Damage to room
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, equipment, towels, etc. as well as damage to linen from for example permanent marker, dyed hair color, fruit color and things that make unremovable stain will be charged appropriately to provide replacement or cleaning costs. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Safety Policy
Candle, incense
Candles and incense are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.

Fire safety Policy
Lighting and electrical appliances
Please be aware that it is dangerous to cover lights or other electrical appliances or light candles. This might cause overheating and start a fire. Therefore it is not allowed to cover lights, tv’s, water boilers using towels, wigs, clothing or any other items.
The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors.

Check-in/ Check-out Policy
Check-in time from 2:00 PM
Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 2 PM then Pre-early check-in arrangement may be required.

Check-out procedure
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please check-out and return the room key with Front Desk so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon as possible. If you require a later check-out, please contact Front Desk prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out.

Loss of room key
If a guest looses the room key, we will charge a $60 replacement fee.

No show charges
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your payment. You will only be charged the first night, one (1) night’s full room rate and the balance of the reservation will be cancelled

Sea Foam Villas is a 100% Smoke-Free hotel. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, incense, cigars, candle burning.

Quiet hours
10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly.

Animals/ pets not allowed
In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge any damage or cleaning fee. You will also be asked to remove your pet from our hotel. Of course, assistance dogs are welcome to our entire building. There is no surcharge.

Guests who fail to abide by our policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises, are subject to trespass and may be subject to further legal action.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. Cancellation fees are waived in case of a lockdown related to COVID-19.
