Semaphore Splash is located in one of Adelaide's most charming seaside locations, next to the iconic Odeon Star cinema and amongst a variety of eateries, supermarket and many local amenities. The apartments are contemporary and spacious, have lift access and enjoy front balcony views of Semaphore Road and the beach. Free secure onsite parking and free Wi-Fi is available. The apartments feature open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen. The main bathroom has a bathtub with separate shower with most apartments also having an ensuite. All rooms feature windows for natural light and ventilation. The apartments are a 5 minute drive to Techport and Torrens Island; and are adjacent to the nearby historic Port Adelaide precinct which has multiple attractions, including a weekend market, a dolphin observatory and ferry cruises along the Port River. The Westfield West Lakes Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute drive away and the Adelaide City centre is a 25 minute drive away.

2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a weekly service for stays over 7 nights
3. Complimentary tea/coffee and bathroom toiletries are supplied for your first night’s stay
4. There is a non-refundable 1.55% charge when you pay with Visa/M'Card and 3% for Amex/Diners
5. A strict 'No Party Policy' applies

You will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation and the remaining amount 30 days before arrival
