Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast is casual coastal elegance on 6 acres of landscaped gardens with private suites for your accommodation. Come and discover a truly unique and private oasis at Sapphire Beach, 10 mins north of Coffs Harbour. Touches of luxury and attention to detail help make your stay with us memorable; guest suites are each a haven, extremely comfortable, very private, air-conditioned, and tastefully decorated with en-suite, king or queen bed, LEDTV/DVD/CD, cotton sheets, fridge, tea/plunger coffee, toiletries, hair dryers & pool towels. Breakfast is provided overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens. All rooms are air-conditioned, have private entrances & decks with table & chairs. Your room is serviced daily unless requested. The lifestyle of Sensom is relaxed, 5 mins from the most pristine beaches on the north coast, with nature walks, pool and BBQ area. Lawns and terraced gardens lead downhill to a 13m salt-water pool, a large lily filled lagoon with waterfalls and a Koi pond at the bottom of the property. The pool area and upper terraces are ingeniously lit and wired for sound.
Sensom Luxury Bed & Breakfast offers a space to relax, unwind, reconnect with loved ones or celebrate a special event. The property is also available for boutique weddings and celebrations.

Located away from the house, with a separate entrance and direct access to the saltwater pool,
there is a private verandah overlooking the lake. The large suite has a queen sized bed,

Pets - Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking - All rooms are non-smoking.
Accommodation - Maximum 2 people in a room. (No extra beds).
Children - Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast is exclusively for grown-ups. We do not cater for children under the age of 16.

Booking in Australia: If booking 14 days or more prior to arrival 50% deposit is payable with remaining balance payable 7 days before arrival. (We will charge the credit card supplied* for the balance outstanding). Full payment is required if booking 7 days or less prior to arrival*.
Overseas bookings: Balance payable in full at time of booking.
Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast will accept payment by Cash, Bank Transfer (EFT) and Credit Card*. Please note we only accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel the booking for payment defaults.
(*If paying by Bank transfer full payment is required on booking; all Credit & Debit Cards will incur a merchant fee of 2.00%. )
