Check-in Time: 2 PM
Check-out Time: 12 Noon
Early check-in can be provided upon request and availability: Late check-out until 6PM is subject to availability. However, if an additional night is booked at the time of reservation, late check-out could be guaranteed.

CHILD POLICY
We welcome children from the age of 12 years and above all year round.
Children under the age of 12 are welcomed in the Garden Pavilions between the 1st of April and the 31st of October, providing they are under adult supervision. We do not permit children under the age of 12 in the Ocean Pavilions due to the many unguarded ponds and the high balconies.

Children aged 12 and above: Accommodation and meals will be charged at the full adult rate.
Children 5 and above: Accommodation in parent's room free of charge, an extra charge will apply for meals. Please contact the hotels for further details.
Children 4 and under: Accommodation in parent's room is free of charge, meals are free of charge.

Payment Policy

STANDARD PAYMENT POLICY
For stays falling between 11th January and 19th December, our standard payment policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% deposit payment is collected at the time of booking, and the balance 50% is collected 30 days before the arrival date.

b) For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival 100% of the booking cost will be collected at the time of booking.

HIGH SEASON PAYMENT POLICY
For stays falling between 1st November and 19th December and between the 11th January and the 31st March, our high season payment policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings made more than 60 days prior to arrival 50% non-refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking and the balance payment 50% is collected 60 days prior to arrival.

b) For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival 100% of the payment will be collected at the time of booking.

PEAK SEASON PAYMENT POLICY
For stays falling between 20th December and the 10th January, our peak season payment policy is applicable as follows:

a) For stays during the peak season, 100% payment will be collected at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

LOW SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
For stays falling between 11th January and 19th December, our standard cancellation policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.

b) For booking cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the payment will be refunded

c) For bookings cancelled 21 days prior to arrival, 40% of the payment will be refunded

d) For bookings cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
For stays falling between 1st November and 19th December and between the 11th January and the 31st March, our high season cancellation policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, there will be no refund.

b) For bookings cancelled 45 days or more prior to the arrival date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
For stays falling between 20th December and the 10th January, our peak season cancellation policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings cancelled less than 90 days before arrival date, there will be no refund.

b) For bookings cancelled 90 days or more before arrival date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
