**Safety Guidelines for All Guests**

Please take a moment to review the following important information to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

**NO COOKING, COOKING APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLES, OR FIREWORKS**
Our top priority is the safety of our guests, staff, and facilities. Food preparation using any cooking appliance in guest rooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, except for the hotel's coffee maker/electric kettle and refrigerator units. A microwave is available 24 hours a day for all registered guests. Violators will face fines and may be evicted without a refund.

**100% SMOKE-FREE POLICY (Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping/E-cigarettes)**
Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms or balconies to maintain a healthy environment. A designated smoking area is provided outside the building. According to PUBLIC LAW No. 16-46, cited as the “SMOKE-FREE ACT of 2008,” smoking in designated non-smoking areas carries a minimum fine of $200.00. Violators may also be evicted without a refund.

**Damage and Loss Policy**
In the event of loss or damage to hotel rooms, the guest occupying the room will be responsible for any applicable charges unless the damage or loss is clearly beyond the hotel's responsibility or proven to have been caused by a third party.

**NO PETS ALLOWED**
We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.

**Front Desk Service, Check-in/Check-out Times, and Late Check-out Fees**

- **Check-in:** 3 PM
- **Check-out:** 12 Noon

Early Check-in and Late Check-out requests can be made at the time of reservation (additional charges may apply).
- After the check-out time (12 Noon), an additional charge of $30 will apply until 3 PM.
- After 3 PM, a full night’s charge will be collected.

**Additional Guests**
- Rooms are priced for two guests per bed. An additional charge of $30 per person per night applies for extra guests.
- Portable fold-out beds are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

**Guest Room Service/Telephone Service**
Domestic calls within Saipan can be made using the guest room telephone. For more information, please refer to the telephone manual located in your guest room.

**Voltage**
The voltage in Saipan is 110V. If you use adapters, 220V appliances will be compatible. However, appliances designed exclusively for 220V systems are not compatible.

**Internet**
Enjoy free high-speed wireless internet access on all floors.

**Laundry Service ($15.00)**
1. Place your items in the laundry bag provided in the guest room.
2. Fill out the laundry request form located in the guest room.
3. Call the front desk to arrange pick-up.

**Ice**
Ice is available 24 hours a day at the stairway, free of charge.

**Airport Transfer**
Serenti Hotel does not provide airport transfer services; however, taxi services can be arranged for hotel guests upon request.

**Parking**
Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Policy

*Full payment is required upon check-in. We accept cash, cashier's checks, and major credit cards (excluding American Express).

*Non-guaranteed reservations will be released at 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

*There are no charges for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival.

*For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, a one-night charge will be applied.

*Guests who do not show up and do not call will be charged 100%.
