The undersigned accepts all charges and liabilities incurred in his/her name. The hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables and personal property
left the guest in the room. Safe Deposit Boxes are available in the room. Smoking in a room or non-smoking area will be result in a fine of THB 5,000.

By signing this card, I, being registered guest of the Hotel, agree and undertake to pay all charges and expenses incurred by me and my other guests

during my stay at the Hotel, including without limitation, all room rates, food and beverage charges, and to fully affect my account by cash or credit card

upon departure, or at any time as requested by the Hotel. If I cause any damages to the Hotel during my stay, I will be responsible for all loss and damages. My signature below signifies my irrevocable account authorizing the Hotel to deduct all charges, expenses, damages or losses from my deposit

and/or credit card, I hereby further acknowledge that I have read the above and the Privacy Statement and understood and accept all conditions.
