Cancellation Policy
Due to Covid-19 we generally offer 14 days prior arrival cancellation or modification with free of charge. Otherwise deposit and balance become non-refundable when due.
If you have an emergency like Covid-19 lockdown or serious sick etc. and need to cancel or postpone the booking within 14 days prior arrival please contact property directly ASAP the free cancellation will be approved reasonably (an evidence might required).
