RECEPTION HOURS... 730am to 930am (see breakfast staff). Spring, Summer, Autumn: 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Winter: 3:00 to 9:00pm.

CHECK-IN... Strictly 3:00pm onwards

CHECK OUT... Strictly 10am in winter. No late check out in winter.

LATE CHECK-IN... Please get in touch and advise us if a late check-in is required.

LATE CHECK-OUT... Late check-out can be arranged (if available) for a nominal fee, excluding holiday and peak periods.

AFTER-HOURS... Please call 0417 593 481 or 6456 7146 for legitimate emergency reasons only. Otherwise, an after-hours attendance fee may apply… For all other emergencies, call 000.

BOOKINGS / SECURITY AND FRAUD PROTECTION... All outstanding balances MUST be paid in full at the time of check-in. A credit card and drivers licence must be produced in the name of a person staying in the hotel at check-in or on request by management. Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled without any refunds. Any damage caused by you or your guests during your stay may be charged against that card.

ROOM PRICES AND EXTRA PEOPLE... All advertised room prices are inclusive of 2 people only, or 4 people only for the family rooms. Any extra guests above these numbers incur extra charges per adult or child, per night. Extra guests costings per night vary depending on the season being booked.

ROOMS KEYS... All keys are to be return to reception or placed in the key return box outside of the reception door. A charge may be applied for unreturned keys.

PARKING... Siesta Villa has very limited parking which only allows ONE VEHICLE ONLY per room booked. PARK BETWEEN THE LINES AT ALL TIMES. Any extra vehicles are to be either parked in the overflow parking areas, or at a suitable location off-site. Extra vehicle parking fees may apply daily. Enquire at reception or please ring in regards to extra vehicles. Please observe and obey a 5km/h speed limit throughout the entire property. All roads within the property are shared by pedestrians and motorists. Parking is at your own risk, management accepts no responsibility for any damage caused whilst parked on the property.

TRAILERS, CARAVANS AND BOATS... Are permitted with prior approval as there are limited spaces. All trailers, caravans and boats must be neatly parked in the large gravel parking area at the rear of the property. Failure to follow these procedures may result in the offending vehicle/s being towed at the owners expense.

CARE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY... Care must be taken of your own personal possessions and property (including your motor vehicle), and is solely your responsibility. Management takes NO responsibility for theft or damage. NO refunds or reimbursements for loss or damage will be given.

SPECIAL REQUESTS... Will only be considered on a case-by case basis and there no guarantees that they will be granted.

ROOM SERVICE... No room service is available or provided .

HOUSEKEEPING... Only basic housekeeping is provided, which includes… Removal of rubbish / Replenish toilet paper & replace bathroom linen if required, please leave bathroom linen on the floor if replacement is require. We DO NOT make beds during housekeeping. Anything else, please speak to reception.

QUIET TIME CURFEW... For the consideration, respect and comfort of all guests a 10:30pm to 6:00am noise curfew is strictly applied. Undue noise and inconsiderate behaviour following this time will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the hotel with no refund given if there is non-compliance. The police will also be called. Abusive language or excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time.

INTOXICATION AND UNLAWFUL ACTS... Excessive consumption of alcohol is an unacceptable condition of stay. Violence, use of illegal drugs, theft, vandalism and abuse (physical or verbal) will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. It is our duty to notify the police immediately and will result in the cancellation of your stay without refund.

NO SMOKING (smoke free Act 2000)... Smoking is prohibited in all our hotels room, restaurant, bar, games area and communal areas. A $200 fine will be applied to your credit card with failure to comply with this strict no smoking policy.

EVACUATION PROCEEDURE... In the event that evacuation is required, the meeting point is out the front of the property next to the big "Siesta Villa' signage.

NO PETS AND ANIMALS... No animals or pets are permitted in the hotel rooms or within or around public areas of the property.

BBQ AREA... Please clean the bbq, tables, chairs and surrounding area after use. Respect the next person who also wants to use this area.

FIRES.. Open fires are not permitted at anytime anywhere within the property.

CHILDREN... Guests are responsible for their own children at all times. Children under 12 years MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the outdoor play area and when inside the bistro, bar and games room areas. Management takes NO responsibility for unsupervised children within the property.

BUNK BEDS... Australian standards relate to the use of bunk beds which state that; "Children under the age of 9 years are not recommended to use the top bunk. Also children must not play on the top bunk".

PLAYGROUND AREA... Use of the playground equipment when wet is strictly prohibited to prevent accidental injury. Children under 12 years MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the outdoor play area. Management takes NO responsibility for unsupervised children.

BISTRO, BAR AND GAMES ROOM AREAS... No externally purchased food or drinks are permitted to be brought into the bistro, bar and games room areas. No exceptions.

INCLUDED BREAKFAST...
Spring, Summer, Autumn... NO COOKED BREAKFAST. Instead, a free complimentary breakfast is available to all paid guests is included with your booking. Breakfast options include... 5 different choices of cereals, yogurt, peaches, bread / toast, juices (orange / apple), tea and coffee.

Winter period... A set menu, cooked buffet breakfast is available to all paid guests is included with your booking. The cooked buffet breakfast generally includes... Bacon, Sausages, Scrambled Eggs, Potato Gems, Baked Beans and Stir Fry Noodles. Addition breakfast options include... Pancakes, 5 different choices of cereals, yogurt, peaches, bread / toast, juices (orange / apple), tea and coffee.

RESEVATIONS... Generally, a deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance will generally be processed 7 days prior to your stay during off-peak periods, and 14 days prior to your stay during peak periods (Winter / X-Mas, New Years / Easter etc etc) using the card details provided. During peak periods, cancellation of your booking may occur if the provided card details are invalid or if there is insufficient funds.

Payments made by credit card incur a surcharge: Master/Visa @1.75%, Amex/Diners Club @2.5%. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, use details: BSB 062-438 Acc 1035 5942 and reference your Surname.

PLEASE NOTE: Siesta Villa reserves the right to cancel anyone's booking during their stay with no refunds in the event of; they have been found to not have fully disclosed and paid for all extra guests, including, failing to provide correct ages of all children; Behaving in a socially unacceptable manner; Causing damage; Disturbing other guests; Using unacceptable language; Breaking any terms and conditions of stay; No refunds will be given and monetary charges will apply for damages caused. Also, in these circumstances the police may be called if required and charges may be laid.

Cancellation Policy

Due to Covid-19 we generally offer 14 days prior arrival cancellation or modification with free of charge. Otherwise deposit and balance become non-refundable when due.
If you have an emergency like Covid-19 lockdown or are serious sick etc. and need to cancel or postpone the booking within 14 days prior arrival please contact property directly ASAP the free cancellation will be approved reasonably (an evidence might required).
