Non-smoking: This is a non-smoking room. Please smoke outside the room if needed. Should we have to carry out cleaning in the event of someone smoking in the room, then we reserve the right to charge up to $100 to restore the room to the same clean condition prior to use.

Late-check out: Check out time is 10.00am. Late check-out must be informed to the reception in advance. Every hour of late check-out subject to additional $25.

Safe & security: Motel operator will ensure CCTV 24hours monitoring, all doors & windows are lockable and good ethic of all cleaners and staffs. Please be advise that do not left any valuable in the room and motel operator has no responsibility to recover the loss or damage of guest's valuable.

General: All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to motel's property requiring a specialist to repair them, and any cost associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel will be charged to the registered guest.

Overdue accounts: All accounts are payable on arrival. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recover fees on overdue accounts.

Additional guests/ bed to be added in the same room:
Adult / child over 2years old will be charged $20 for one extra bed add in the room.
Baby cot is free of charge.
If visitor stay in the room after 10pm, $20 extra bed charge will be applied.

Politiche di pagamento

The policy explains how the payment procedure is:
• Payment in full (cash/EFTPOS/credit card/debit card) upon arrival and one night security deposit will be collected.
• The security deposit will be refunded upon check out
• If using credit card to make the payment, there will be room's fee and one night's deposit authorized from the credit card. Only room's fee will be charge in credit card upon check out.

• If there is item missing/damage of property, host are authorized to deduct security deposit to recover the cost of item/ repairing.

• For internet banking, please transfer the payment to ANZ 06-02410272859-00, GTD Investment Ltd

Politiche di cancellazione

This policy defines how to handle cancellations
• If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
• If no credit card details and contact details provided upon booking, it may base on the availability of rooms on the date of check in.
