Terms & Conditions
Check-in is from 2 pm onwards. If you are arriving after 6 pm, please call us to advise on 07 5442 2013 or 0435 131 181.
Check-out is 10.30 am.
Early check-in and late check-out is available in certain circumstances. Please contact us prior to your arrival if you would like an early check-in or late check-out.
Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 people. We do not have facilities for children, however please contact us to discuss individual options.
A minimum 1 night stay applies except for long weekends, Christmas and Easter, where a minimum 2 night stay applies.
Cooking is not permitted in rooms.
All rooms are non-smoking. Breach of this policy will incur a cleaning fee of $100, billed to the credit/debit card supplied when booking. Smoking is permitted on the deck and in the grounds. Please use ashtrays provided.
Any loss or damage incurred during your stay is your responsibility and must be paid for prior to departure.
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
The owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle during your stay.
Free Wifi is available to all guests, however you must use your own equipment to utilise this service.
All rates are inclusive of GST. The rate includes breakfast daily for all guests.
Well-behaved small dogs (up to 18kg in weight) are accepted in the Black Cockatoo room at the pet owner's risk. For the protection of yours and other pets' health, please ensure your pet is up to date with its vaccinations prior to visiting Simba Sunrise Bed & Breakfast.
Payment Policy
At time of reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
We accept payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. Should you prefer to direct deposit, please contact us for details. Direct deposit is not accepted for bookings made within a week of your stay unless confirmation of payment has been received by us.
Payment of your deposit (or tariff total) constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
If you give more than 5 days notice of cancellation, your deposit is refundable.
If you give 3 to 5 days notice of cancellation, your deposit is forfeit unless your room is rebooked. If your room is rebooked an administration fee of $50 applies.
If you cancel less than 3 days before your arrival you must pay the full tariff of your accommodation. This also applies if you fail to "show". In certain cases we can offer you alternative booking dates.
If you change your plans and leave before your reserved departure date you will forfeit the balance of your payment.
The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund to you should any unforeseen circumstances arise.
