We have the right to request a security deposit on checkin for cleaning fees of $250 for any additional cleaning or repairs needed after checkout

For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).

Payment Policy

On completion of booking we will hold the details of the nominated credit card until time of check in at which time the nominated credit card will need to be sited and the full amount charged.

For Discounted Rates & Non Refundable Rates - payment will be taken Immediately on reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We welcome your booking on the following basis:

When you book with us, we hold your accommodation for you exclusively.

Bookings for dates 20 December - 20 January are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All cancellations will incur a minimum $50 administration fee.

For cancellation prior to 14 days of your arrival date a full refund will be provided, less administration fee of $50, excluding Discounted Rate Non-Refundable.

For cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will incur the charge of the first night.

For cancellations within 48 hours of stay are NON-REFUNDABLE
