We have the right to request a security deposit on checking in for cleaning fees of $250 for any additional cleaning or repairs needed after checkout

We welcome your booking on the following basis:

When you book with us, we hold your accommodation for you exclusively.

Bookings for dates 20 December - 20 January are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All cancellations will incur a minimum $50 administration fee.

For cancellation prior to 14 days of your arrival date a full refund will be provided, less administration fee of $50, excluding Discounted Rate Non-Refundable.

For cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will incur the charge of the first night.

For cancellations within 48 hours of stay are NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellations for "Discounted Rates and Non Refundable Rates" - This is NON-REFUNDABLE
