Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings at Solace Jam Tree Hill, York WA.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to booking. By booking directly with us, you agree that you have read and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time and will be posted on our website.

Costs
Full payment of the cost of your stay must be made at the time of booking. Payment must be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellations
The following applies to all cancellations inclusive of any Covid19 related situations. We suggest that you consider taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, cancellations that are made with notice of 14 days’ or more, we will issue a refund minus a cancellation fee of 30% of your booking costs.

For cancellations less than 14 days there will be no refunds issued and 100% of funds will be forfeited.

If you need to modify your reservation, please get in touch with us via email at jamtreehill@gmail.com or give us a call at 0427 455 775. If we can accommodate your requested modification to your reservation we will do so, however this will be at our discretion.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for no-shows, change of mind, or if you or any guest does not stay at Solace Jam Tree Hill, York.

Checking in and out
Check-in time is 2:00pm WA time and check out time on the day of departure is 11.00am WA time.

Earlier check-in and check-out can be requested at the time of booking and it will be granted at our discretion.

It is expected that guests will leave the property in a neat and tidy state on departure. If we deem the property to be needing extra cleaning after departure, over and above normal cleaning then a fee maybe imposed.

Guests and visitors
The maximum number of guests is four and this number must not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

At the time of booking, the full names of all guests staying must be provided.

There are to be no extra guests at the property during your stay. If extra guests are found to be on the property an extra charge may be imposed at our discretion.

There is to be no parties or functions to be held at the property. We your hosts live on the property and expect our guests to be enjoying the peace and quiet like we do.

There is to be NO SMOKING In or around the property during your stay. If guests are found smoking in the property, then a $200 cleaning fee will be imposed.

Pets
There are to be NO pets at any time on the property. If pets are found on the property guests will be asked to leave and a $200 cleaning fee will be charged.

Your Stay
Please be respectful of the property, inside and out. The process of creating the property and collecting pieces for our guests to enjoy has been considered.

If anything is broken or damaged, regardless of accidental or otherwise it is to be reported to us immediately so we can rectify and replace. A fee may be charged to fix or replace damage, and this will be done at our discretion.

Guests must not remove any furniture or other items from the property upon departure. If any items are missing after your departure, we may charge you a reasonable fee for the replacement of items.

Please look after your entry key. If it is lost during your stay, then please contact us immediately.

The Property
There is a dam located on the property. There is to be NO swimming, diving, fishing or any aquatic activities of any kind are permitted in the dams present on the property.

Noise
Guests are asked to respect the fact that we as your hosts reside on the property. Please keep noise to minimum after 10pm.

Commercial activities
No commercial activities of any kind (including, but not limited to, photoshoots and video shoots) are permitted at Solace Jam Tree Hill unless written consent has been granted by us prior to booking.

Waiver of liability
Solace at Jam Tree Hill disclaims all liability for any loss or damage (including consequential loss) to all guests and their property during their stay at the property.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.

Payment Policy

100% payment is required at the time of booking your stay.
