We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).

Payment Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total tariff is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be processed after you make your booking. You will then be advised in a seperate email (to your booking confirmation) that your deposit has been paid. Your final balance is payable within 5 days prior to your arrival. The balance payable will be automatically charged to the credit card you used when you booked, unless we are advised otherwise. It is also at this time we email you access and location details for your stay. For arrivals within 5 days of booking the total booking tariff will be charged.
Payment can be made by AMEX, Mastercard and Visa. Or by direct debit with prior arrangement.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of any major damage to fixtures, fittings, or property, caused by you, or any other guests during your stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
If the retreat is left unreasonably unclean, or requires extra laundering of linen you will be charged a fee of $100
The retreats are adults only, and not suitable for children.
Unfortunately we don't accept pets.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that as a small business cancellations affect us greatly. If you need to cancel your booking, your 50% deposit is refundable, provided we are advised of the cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival.
For cancellations made between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be held in credit to use at a later time (within 6 months of cancellation).
For bookings cancelled within 10 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
Rest assured if you are forced to cancel your booking within 10 days of arrival due to government travel restrictions, we will provide a full refund, or credit (to use within 6 months), the choice is yours!
Please be aware that your booking may be cancelled by us, due to a natural disaster, the threat of a natural disaster, or advice from official authorities that it is unsafe to remain in the area, or official advice has been given not to travel to the area. If we do cancel your booking under these circumstances, we will provide you with either a full refund, or a credit (less any period stayed) to use at a later time (within 6 months), the choice is yours.
If you have massages booked, 5 days notice is required to receive a full refund if you decide to cancel, otherwise full payment is required.
