Terms & Conditions

Maximum Guests in 2 bedroom Suite is 4, plus 1 child under 10. Maximum Guests in 3 bedroom Suite is 6, plus 1 child under 10. Additional bedding and extra charges may apply. Persons over the age of two years will attract an additional charge of up to $50 per night if not accommodated in existing bedding and this must be pre-booked . We can not guarantee extra bedding is available, so please inquire at the time of booking. Villas are fully self-catering and self-servicing and provided with a compliment starter pack only.

NOTE: RECEPTION CLOSED SUNDAY 12 NOON. Check-in arrival times outside our reception hours below, must be by prior arrangement only. We may be able to leave a key in a lock box for collection, so please ask.
• CHECK-IN TIME Monday to Friday from: 2pm-6pm or later by prior arrangement. Saturday 2pm-4:30pm or later prior by arrangement. Sundays by appointment.

By signing, I/ we acknowledge that it obligates us to comply with the following:
• The Sovereign Pier Body Corporate rules in every respect, including speed limits, vacating the pool by 9pm, no glassware in pool area, restricting noise levels etc.
• I agree that the Management reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor who causes disturbance to any other occupier (without refund).
• I agree that any damages to the villa or property will be charged to my credit card (this includes commercial carpet cleaning if required).
• If extra cleaning of the villa is required I understand we will be charged at $40.00 per hour this includes BBQ's not cleaned after use.
• Keys will be returned prior to departing, or I will incur a $300 charge for each set. Check out time is 10am

Payment Policy

1 night's tariff is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment is required for balance on check-in.

Cancellation Policy

For all bookings, except December to March cancellation must be advised prior to 2pm, 7 days before check-in date, otherwise one night's tariff is payable. For Bookings in December to March, cancellation must be advised prior to 30 days before check-in date or one night's tariff is payable. For no-shows without advice of cancellation, full stay is payable.

Cancellations and amendments may incur a minimum $35 administration fee.
