Our place is perfect for people seeking relaxation and quiet time. Sip a glass of wine, read a book or just enjoy the nature.
We are situated 1,200 ft. above sea level.
Normal temperature in the area is a bit cold
and windy (like that of Tagaytay City).
We have a man-made lake above the mountains..
Boat rides are available for rent, if you wish to explore the famous Caliraya Lake.
Another attraction in the area is the Japanese
Garden, a park built to pay homage to the fallen
Japanese soldiers of World War II
It will also be worth your time to have a sidetrip
at the town proper of Lumban, Laguna to see
our "hand-embroidered barongs", our adjacent
town Pagsanjan for the famous Pagsanjan Falls:
the nearby town of Liliw, Laguna for their quality
yet economical footwears: and Paete, Laguna-
the "Wood Carving of the Philippines"..

Terms & Conditions
1. Standard Check-in Time is 14:00, and Check-out Time is 12:00. Late check-out will be charged 500/hour (subject to room availability).
2. Child Policy: Children 8 years old and below is free of room charge, and breakfast is at 350/per person
3. Incidental Deposit of 2,000/casita to be paid upon check-in. The amount is refundable upon check-out if the guests did not incur any charges
or damages during their stay.
4. Linens (including towels) will be checked upon check-out. Damaged or lost items will be charged accordingly.
5. Breakfast is served at Spacio Main Hall from 6:00-10:00 am only.
6. Bringing of outside food is generally not allowed (except for Family Casita). We have an in-house restaurant for checked-in guests.
7. Money and other valuables brought at Spacio premises are at guests' sole risk. The property and/or the management accepts no liability and
shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto.
8. NO PET POLICY for room accommodation.
9. Swimming Pool is open from 6:30 am - 10:00 pm only. For your safety, proper swimming attire is required. No guest shall be allowed to swim when
intoxicated with any form of alcoholic beverage. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied to the pool areas by parents or guardians.
10. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Pool towels are to be requested at the Front Desk.
11. Smoking or Vaping is prohibited inside the rooms, it is allowed only in our designated areas.
12. Posting of Banners, Buntings, Posters, etc. on the walls of the room is strictly prohibited. Please ask our staff for assistance.
13. All forms of deadly and concealed weapons including illegal drugs and their paraphernalia are not allowed inside the resort premises.
14. We try to operate in a safe environment, the management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause.
Payment Policy
Online Booking Engine (Website)
Your credit card or debit card will not be charged right away. Collected card details is used to guarantee your reservation; kindly present your card upon arrival together with your valid ID to process your payment (no surcharges). Automatic charging will occur only in the event of a GUEST NO-SHOW.
For non credit card/debit card users please message us on our official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/spaciocaliraya to assist you with your reservation.
It is the guests' responsibility to transfer the amount of the deposit in order to confirm reservation.
Once Spacio Caliraya confirms acceptance of your reservation (via a subsequent email confirmation), bank transfer may be made thru Banco de Oro (BDO) or GCash with the following details:
