Java Suite has a king-size canopied bed and sofa with reading chair. The room is adorned with many antiques and textiles. There is a large indoor bathroom with outdoor shower. Java Suite is adjacent to the Great Room and is our only non free-standing room.

Sky View Upstairs has a king-size canopied bed, and outdoor porch with wrap-around sofa. Influenced by curves. There is an outdoor bathroom with shower only.

Sky View Downstairs Book
Sky View Downstairs, overlooks the infinity pool below. It shares the same entrance with upstairs Sky View and has one king size bed. There is a large outdoor bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub.

Longhouse is a wooden villa built entirely on seven-meter stilts. It has one king-size canopied bed and three porches; one with swinging couch facing the pool, a side porch with outdoor shower, and an oversized sofa to relax and take in the view. The bathroom has a bathtub and double sink area.

Kindly note, we have friendly dogs at Stone House. But, if you don’t feel comfortable around them, then maybe we are not the best match for you.
Please note, we are located in the tropics adjacent to the rice paddies, and amidst a mini jungle. We cannot control the natural life that surrounds Stone House, therefore we will have the occasional gecko, lizard, and other assorted insects around the property. If you do not like nature and all of the amazing creatures that come with it, please think twice about whether we are the right place for you.
All rates are listed in US$ and do not include tax or service charge.
Room rates are per room, per night.
Rates are payable in Indonesian Rupiah or US$.
Additional guests are US$50 per person, inclusive of breakfast.
15, December - 5, January there is a surcharge of an additional 10% for holiday bookings
1, June - 31, August there is an additional travel surcharge for travel during high season
Stone House has the right to amend the rates at any time.
The entire Stone House can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.

Late check-out (after 6pm) is available charged the full nightly rate, subject to villa availability.

Full payment is required to secure your booking.
Minimum of one night required for booking
Full reimbursement less the cost of payment transfer fees if cancelled prior to 30 days during non-peak, non-holiday season.
30% is forfeited of the full booking amount including tax, service and full payment transfer fees for cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% is forfeited of the full booking amount including tax, service and full payment transfer fees for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
100% amount of the full amount of total booking including tax, service and full transfer fees for cancellations if less than 14 days prior to arrival.
If you fail to show up for any reason, no refund is given.
No reduction will be given for reduction of stay once you have checked-in.
During peak and holiday period 15, June - 31, August,and 15, December - 5, January, there is a six-week cancellation policy as follows:
30% is forfeited of the full booking amount including tax, service and full payment transfer fees for cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival.
50% is forfeited of the full booking amount including tax, service and full payment transfer fees for cancellations less than 42 days prior to arrival.
100% amount of the full amount of total booking including tax, service and full payment transfers fees if cancellations is less than 21 days prior to arrival
No refunds given under any circumstances is less than 21 days during peak and holiday period (unless we receive another booking).
We strongly advise all guests have adequate travel insurance in place to cover unforeseen cancellation circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for mother nature, flight cancellations or unexpected travel issues.
The hotel is entitled to effect extraordinary cancellation of the contract for a materially justifiable cause; e.g. force majeure, world crisis or other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, therefore unable to fulfil the contract. The hotel will have justified cause that use of the hotel’s services might jeopardise the smooth operation of the hotel, its' security or public reputation, without being attributable to the hotel’s sphere of control or organisation.
In addition, if the customer facilitates cancellation due to the same circumstance, the customer has no right to compensation either from justified cancellation by the hotel or by self. The hotel will offer credit for a period of time and do its’ best to accommodate the guest during another time period.
We highly recommended to purchase travel insurance in this event of said emergency.
