Our place is close, just 6 minutes by car, to Devonport City Centre and the Spirit of Tasmania wharf. The local airport is another 7 minutes away. We are located on 2.5 acres of land in a semi rural setting. Parking is on-site for small vehicles to caravans. Stony Rise House is a large gracious family home set on 2.5 acres that combines original 1880's features with modern amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available. Fifi and I look forward to hosting you as our guest.

Terms & Conditions
1.0 Check in/out
1.1 Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm unless arranged otherwise.
1.2 Check-out time is 10:00 am. Later check-out can be arranged through management.
1.3 Longer stays are available with discounted rates. Please discuss with management when booking.
2.0 Your responsibilities
2.1 The tenant shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by tenants or guests and agrees to pay for any damage, breakages or additional cleaning of premises.
2.2 No responsibility whatsoever is taken for the property of the tenant on or near the premises.
2.3 No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the owner’s control.
2.4 The property is to be left in a clean and tidy manner.
2.5 Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the rental property. All butts to be disposed of appropriately.
2.6 You must remove all belongings upon vacation.
2.7 You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys.
3.1 Prior approval of pets must be sought from management at time of booking.
3.2 Pet owners are fully responsible for care and clean-up of their animals.
3.3 Pet owners are liable for any damage incurred from their animals and will be charged accordingly.
4.1 Management reserve the right to access rooms in the property at any time.
5.1 If a medical emergency occurs during your stay, immediately dial ‘000’ and follow instructions from operator. After which, management should be made aware of the situation.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
1. For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior the to booking's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time..
2. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded.
3. If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
