Terms & Conditions

i) We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. If a guest smoke in any area of the hotel, a "CLEANING FEE" of RM200 will be charged.
ii) The Hotel liabilities for valuables is governed by Section 4, Innkeepers Act 1952.
iii) I hereby agreed that his/her liability for this bill is not waived & he/she agrees to be held personally liable in the event that his/her company or associate fails to pay for any part of the full amount of these charges. The guest shall ensure that all occupants of this room are registered with the Hotel Reception pursuant to the Registration of Guest Act 1965.
iv) I agree that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges to be incurred by me during my stay & if the person, company or association indicated by me as responsible for payment of the same does not do so, that my liability for such payment shall be joint & several with such person, company or association.
v) Your room key card is the hotel's property. Kindly return the key card to Reception during check-out. A fee of RM 20.00 will be imposed for loss of key
vi) A late check-out charge will apply if you wish to keep your room after 12 noon until 5pm. Hotel reserved the right to charge you or your credit card for any delayed charges incurred after your departure.
vii) Guests who check-out earlier than the check-out date stated below will be charged the total price as stated above & non-refundable.
viii)Any items damaged in your room after departure will be charged to you or your credit cards.

Should there be any adjustment of the tax invoice, it must be done within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. In the event of "NO SHOW" or 'cancellation" within 24 hours, a ONE (1) night charge includes taxes will be levied to the company or guest's credit card account, whichever is applicable.
