SUBIC PARK HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By completing this reservation you accept and agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.

ONLINE RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
SUBIC PARK HOTEL takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. SCOPE OF TERMS
These terms and conditions govern all reservations made through the Hotels online reservation system.

CONFIRMATION
To confirm a booking, you must be authorized to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also become responsible for making all payments due under the booking. Subic Park Hotel will confirm your booking and issue you with an email confirmation. The accommodation or other service provider with which you enter into a contract will take payment. In the event that you call Subic Park Hotel by telephone, or are called by Subic Park Hotel regarding your booking, calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes. In the event of a dispute regarding a booking, Subic Park Hotel reserves the right to review any call information.

IF YOU CANCEL, AMEND OR CHANGE A BOOKING
You may modify or cancel your booking at any time prior to your arrival date through the Sites. If you cancel or amend your booking, there may be a cancellation charge or amendment fee levied by the accommodation or other service provider. In any event, if you fail to cancel or amend your booking in accordance with the provider's cancellation or amendment policy, you will be charged a cancellation or amendment fee by the accommodation or other service provider. Further details of cancellation policy are set out in the Sites, your confirmation email and are also shown on the hotel's room details page prior to you making a booking. If, for whatsoever reason, you do not turn up at the accommodation on the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation email, without prior warning to Subic Park Hotel ("a no show"), this shall be considered a cancellation.

CHILDREN POLICY
No charge for children below 7 years old occupying the same room with parents with or without extra bed.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are usually available from 2:00PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 12:00NN. Any extension is subject to room and rate availability. Late check-out charges shall be applied automatically after the check-out time at 12:00NN. Early check in, is free of charge BUT subject to room availability.

STORAGE POLICY
Subic Park Hotel is not liable for loss of the deposited property as result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence or otherwise unless it shall appear that the loss or damage was caused by willful act or misappropriation on the part of management or its employees.
After three (3) months, if no special arrangement has been made with the management, the Hotel will have the right to sell, by public auction or private treaty, the article deposited and their contents to defray storage charges.

LIABILITY
Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Hotel, the Hotel’s liability to the Guest is limited to the price of the booking. Unless the Hotel is liable under the above clause, the Guest indemnifies the Hotel from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the guests or any outside contractors of the Guest. The Hotel will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.
The Hotel does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the hotel premises.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act, omission, default or neglect to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to guest’s credit card, or send an invoice for the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage, to the registered address. We will however make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use the Sites and to create a legally binding contract. You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation booking is correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. You hereby authorize Subic Park Hotel to process all Personal Information about you and the persons named on the booking that has been obtained in connection with your booking. Personal information shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to: any telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, addresses of residences, signatures, ID or passport copies, or any other information belonging to you or your group. The Personal Information that Subic Park Hotel collects shall be obtained, processed and transmitted in compliance with all applicable laws. BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Subic Park Hotel is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination. The Government of your country may help travelers stay safe overseas. Check with your government for the latest advice on conditions and general information concerning specific countries. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant travel and health documents before departure for the country you are visiting, which shall include, but is not limited to, any inoculations that may be required, identification and passport. Subic Park Hotel shall not be liable for any expense incurred resulting from your missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation or any non-compliance with requirements.

INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior to arriving in your destination. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all medical costs and the costs of assistance including return to the your country of residence in the event of an accident or illness.

FORCE MAJEURE
Subic Park Hotel will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by the accommodation providers and/or Subic Park Hotel to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) if the non-performance is caused by force majeure. By way of example force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist act, closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe or other causes that seriously affect both parties and other unforeseeable causes beyond Subic Park Hotel's control.

COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES WITH YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Any comment or complain regarding the stay should be made to the Hotel Duty Manager at the time of visit so that the matter can be resolved immediately. All rooms are supplied with the “Guest Comment Form” which will serve as a tool to voice out your comment and complain or you may get in touch with us via e-mail at hotelsubicpark@gmail.com

CURRENCY CONVERTER
Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and are only updated daily; as such they cannot be guaranteed as completely accurate and should be used as guidelines only. Actual rates may vary and you may wish to verify these with a qualified professional.

LEGISLATION AND COURTS OF JURISDICTION
This agreement will be governed by Philippine law and any disputes will be dealt with by the Philippine courts.

DISCOUNTS
To protect both parties, Government mandated discount such as Senior Citizen Discount and other type of discount shall not be applicable for online bookings. To obtain a Senior Citizen Discount, the senior citizen must present him-self at the hotel at the time of the booking for the necessary document(s) to be verified. Please provide the following documents:
An identification card issued by the Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) of the place where the senior citizen resides: Provided, that the identification card issued by the particular OSCA shall be honored nationwide.
The passport of the senior citizen concerned.
Other documents that establish that the senior citizen is a citizen of the Republic and is at least sixty (60) years of age as further provided in the implementing rules and regulations.
Presenting these documents at checkout after consuming services at a previously agreed rate will not be honored will not be honored.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment will be made directly at the Hotel at check-out time.

In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready for check-in to the reserved service.
For NON-Refundable rate the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the confirmation of the booking, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking fee is non refundable.
You may also be charged additional fees according to the following schedule:

Cancellation up to 2 Weeks before Check in:The value of 1st Night's Stay.

Cancellation up to 72 Hours before Check in: Full value of the booking.

No Show, without cancellation: Full value of the booking

*Online reservation will be cancelled by the Management after 6pm unless with time indicated at the reservation.

*In case of postponement, the hotel must be notified in writing not later than 7 days before the event. The hotel will charge the full package cost for invalid cancellations, late postponement or no show.
