Terms & Conditions

ROOM OCCUPANCY
The Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding.
The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the respective room types:
Superior Room : up to 2 Adults + 1 Children
Standard Double Room : up to 2 Adults + 1 Children
Standard Twin Room : up to 2 Adults + 1 Children
*** Penalty exceeds THB 1,000 for unfollowing the room occupancy policy.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 2 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. For early arrival before 2 p.m., it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 11 a.m. for an additional fee; subject to room availability.

SELF CHECK-IN / SELF CHECK-OUT (ONLY PRE-BOOK GUESTS)
- For every Tuesday (the reservation desk & cafe are closed)
- After 6 p.m. until 8 a.m.
There are available for self service check-in and check-out. Thus, the guests be able to get the key rooms following by the booking names at the self check-in/out board in front of the entrance. In addition, return the keys when check-out at the same spot.

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.

PARKING
As there is limited number of parking space. Staying guests are limited to 1 complimentary parking for 1 room.
*** There will be a THB 500 charged per 1 car per day (Including day times and night times).

PETS
The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises except for guide dogs.

VISITORS
In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are NOT allowed in the guest rooms and required to register at the Front Desk.
Furthermore, after 6 p.m., will be ONLY hotel guests in the property.

SMOKING
​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel.
*** There will be a THB 500 fee for thorough cleaning services charged.

VALUABLES
If you travel with valuables, Please contact our staff if you need to leave your stuff. The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The purpose of the intellectual property is to prevent the unauthorized business and reproduction including commercial activities, photoshoot, business owner works, architectural design, art works etc.
*** There are the penalties for infringement are…
- Commercial activities: penalty exceeds TRIPLE the price
- Business owner works, architectural design, art works etc: there will be protected by the copyright law.

Payment Policy

Rates are in Thailand Bath and are subject to 10% service charge and thereafter 7% Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SOURCES
In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff.
