Adult only retreat. No smoking, no pets allowed.
Sorry, our B&B is not accessible for wheelchairs.No non-paying guests are allowed to use the facilities of the premises.
Also, non-resident guests are not allowed on site under any circumstances without prior arrangement.
We do not accept parties of any kind.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if guests do not comply with our terms and conditions.
In case of damages or property left in bad condition: we reserve the right to charge your credit card or to claim from you any costs incurred due to damages during your stay.
Additional cleaning costs required due to the property being left in a bad condition will be charged at 50$ per hour.

Payment Policy

The first night has to be paid when the booking is made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free* of charge until 14 days prior arrival; within 14 days the total price is non-refundable (also no show-ups will be totally charged).
However we will do our utmost to resell the room you cancelled. In case we succeed, we will refund your booking.

*In case of refund, a credit card charge of 3% applies.
