Terms & Conditions
As a guest at Sunrise Motel, you accept responsibility for all charges including telephone, internet, all meals, keys, damage or loss associated with your stay. Smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning surcharge. Should the term of accommodation be reduced, the guest will be liable for the appropriate tariff under our schedule of rates.
At check-in we reserve the right to take a pre-authorised deposit via credit card or retain a $50-$100 cash deposit for any damages that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be refunded on checkout if room is left in a satisfactory condition.
Vehicle parking - only 1 standard motor vehicle per room is permitted to be parked on motel grounds. Any extra vehicles will need to be parked out on the street. If you have a trailer you will need to park on the street.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or alterations to your booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in time (2pm) forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. Therefore, please do not ask to change your reservation on check-in and not expect to be charged.
No refund to be given for early departures.
Any deposit paid will only be refunded if the guest advises of cancellation 7 days prior during peak period and 48 hours prior during off peak period to arrival date. Otherwise payment will be forfeited. (Motel policy)
Failure to arrive at Sunrise Motel will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given. (Motel policy)
