Crescent Head Spa Villa
The villa shows how eco-designed buildings can be both stunningly beautiful and thoroughly liveable. The holiday home places a tiny resource footprint on our planet, making it a world-class example of green housing. It uses recyclable building materials, such as rammed earth walls, and employ passive heating and cooling design to maintain a perfect living temperature.
The villa’s interior layout is superb for holiday living (and temperature-controlling airflow). Doors and wall panels can be opened up, providing the sensation of being in an even larger indoor-outdoor space. The intelligent design enables a large family (and your doggie too!) to be comfortably accommodated.

Villa 5 is the largest of all the villas and faces Killick Creek. The villa has two large upstairs en-suite bedrooms with queen beds. One bathroom has an indoor spa bath. The villa allows for a maximum of 8 persons. There is a downstairs children's bunk-room if required. The downstairs courtyard has an outside spa, toilet and shower.

Terms & Conditions
Our villa is a privately owned home in a residential area for the purposes of family holidays or a relaxing get away. It is not a “party venue”. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. The premises is let for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request it deems not to be in the best interest of the owner or the property.
The total tariff must be paid at time of booking. Keys are available in the lock up key box. Your pin number will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Access to the holiday property is from 2pm.
Departure time is 10 am unless other arrangements have been made with us. Pets are allowed on request.
Any damage or breakages must be reported and paid for. A linen fee is payable at time of booking. All linen is supplied for the number of guests specified on the booking.
There is no responsibility accepted for personal property on the premises during your stay or left on the premises after departure.
Tenants are required to leave premises clean and tidy. Please note that all prices, specifications, fees and conditions of letting are subject to change without notice. All bookings are made in good faith and we will not be responsible for or make refunds to people who are not satisfied with the accommodation they have booked.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to secure a booking with full payment to be made 1 month prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 7 days prior to arrival.
