The Swan Valley Retreat
If you wish to purchase one of our retreat packages, please click the 'Book Now' button to proceed to the next booking screen (2-night minimum stay for packages). You will then be able to select your number of rooms and your desired stay dates. From there you will be able to select your package from our list of optional extras. You won't be required to individually select the spa treatments. Our package prices on our website for our weekend rates. If you wish to book a package during the week, you will be automatically given a discount as the accommodation charges are discounted from our weekend rates.
You will also be able to individually select a treatment or two from our list of optional extras.
We also offer hampers and other assortments of welcome packs that can be selected from the list of optional extras when you book.
If you have a gift voucher, please quote your voucher code in the booking comments when you place your booking.
The Swan Valley Retreat is not designed for children and therefore is an adults-only retreat to ensure peace and quiet for all our guests. Infants less and 1-year old are allowed with prior approval from the Swan Valley Retreat.

Terms & Conditions
Check-in for our Cabernet & Merlot rooms is from 2:00pm; checkout is at 10:30am. Check-in for our Wine Barrel room is from 1:00pm; checkout is at 11:00am. In the event the guest checks out prior to their booked departure date, tariff paid for the remainder of the booked period shall be deemed as non-refundable.
Guests will be liable for all repairs or replacements in the event of damage to, or loss of, resort property caused by the guest and/or companions during their stay. All cost of repair(s) or replacement(s) is deductible from the credit/debit card nominated at the time of booking and/or the credit/debit card presented for security upon arrival. The Swan Valley Retreat reserves the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee of $150.00 upon check-out for extreme cleaning requirements.
All rooms are designed for a maximum of two (2) adult guests only. We are an adults only retreat and therefore children are not allowed at our retreat.
SMOKING AND FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
NO SMOKING is allowed at any time in the rooms or on the balconies. Due to fire restrictions. NO SMOKING will be allowed at any area on property at all between October 1st and May 31st. No campfires, candles, lanterns or any other form of naked flames are permitted during the fire restriction. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction. If there is evidence of smoking inside the room, an additional $300 fee will be charged to your credit card.
PARTIES:
We request there be no disturbance of neighbours, no undue noise, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others, all noise to cease by 9 pm. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction.
WEDDING PARTIES:
We are a secluded retreat that is based on peace & quiet and relaxation. Therefore, out of respect for our other guests, we can't allow for wedding parties to get ready at our retreat. If you book our retreat for a wedding party and do not inform us then we reserve the right to refuse your booking on the day of check-in. Our maximum room occupancy for each room is two people.
Payment Policy
The balance for all accommodation and day spa bookings will be payable at the time of check- in.
You will be charged a $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is for admin related expenses and is non refundable in the event of the cancellation of your booking. You are welcome to change the date of your booking any time up until 14 days from the check-in date and your deposit will remain valid. The value of the deposit will go towards the total payment for your room as shown in your booking confirmation.
We will take a deposit for the value of the first night of your stay (minus the $50 deposit) 14 days before your check-in date. Failure to provide a deposit may result in your booking being cancelled.
We accept cash, credit card or direct bank transfer.
For credit card transactions we have a 1.2% surcharge on Mastercard & Visa, and a 1.5% surcharge on AMEX.
For bank transfers the balance is required to be cleared in our account prior to check-in.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email that contains our bank account details.
In the event the guest checks out prior to the above departure date, tariff paid for the remainder of the booked period shall be deemed as non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is provided for all bookings greater than 14 days from check-in. For bookings, less than 14 days from check in you will be liable to pay the full balance for your stay. This does not include the initial $50 booking charge which is non refundable.
DAY SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest(s) who add Day Spa treatments to their booking and fail to attend their allocated appointment, will be liable for payment of the full treatment amount.
