Terms & Conditions

- Check-out information: Standard check-out time: any time before 10:30 AM. Check out procedure: Simply walk out check-out. Late check-out between 10:30-11:30 AM can be arranged for $20.

- Valuables: You agree that any money or other valuables and goods that belong to you, bought into the hotel building, remain your responsibility.

- Non-Smoking: Sydney Crecy Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking will result in a penalty up to $500.

- Excess cleaning/maintenance: If rooms are found to be in need of cleaning an repairs, as a result of your occupancy, that are beyond reasonable normal expectations, you may be charged an appropriate excess cleaning/maintenance fee.

- Deposit: A credit card pre-authorisation charge of $100 is required from all guests. This is to cover the incidentals. The deposit will be released up to 7 days after check-out. Any guest without a credit card will be required to pay a $100 cash deposit.

- Credit card payment: The name on the card must be same as the guest’s name, and Credit Card will be checked by the receptionist upon guest’s check-in. (Please notes, credit card authorising can be given by writing only)

- Offensive behaviours and damage to the property: Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests. Offensive behaviour such as making excessive noise, being violent, making damage to the property may result in the eviction of the offenders and or callout fee of $150 and/or charge to relocate other guests or cover the cost of damages.

Payment Policy

- First night of the total stay will be charged as the prepayment from the credit card provided by the guest to reserve the room. (please notes, settlement by credit card will incur a non-refundable surcharge. Visa,MasterCard 1.5%, American Express & JCB 3%)

- The name on the card must be same as the guest’s name, and Credit Card will be checked by the receptionist upon guest’s check-in. (Please notes, credit card authorising can be given by writing only)

- Balance of accommodation charges are due on check-in.

- Credit Card Details or a Cash Security Bond of AU$100 is required on check-in for incidentals, which is fully refundable on departure providing the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations within 5 days prior to arrival attract a 1 night cancellation fee per room

- Cancellation has to be made in writing

Please be advised the Cancellation Policy of Sydney Crecy Hotel during the Mardi Gras (or New Year’s Eve) period is as below:

- Cancellations 1 to 3 months prior to arrival attract a 1 night cancellation fee

- Cancellations within 1 month prior to arrival incur the full amount of accommodation cost.
