Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sydney Junction Hotel

When you check-in, you will be asked to provide photographic identification.

Check in time is between 2pm - 11pm.

A valid CREDIT card MUST be presented on check-in to the hotel.
Payments may be made by credit card (as indicated for online bookings or as indicated as being accepted at the relevant hotel) or by cash.

Persons must be at least 21 years of age to be authorised check - in to Sydney Junction Hotel.
Full payment for accommodation is required on check in.

Please note:
Maximum occupancy for Queen Room is 2 adults, maximum occupancy for Twin Room is 2 adults, maximum occupancy for quadruple room is 6 adults. Due to fire regulations, addition persons are not permitted to be accommodated as there is a legal person maximum allowed per room type. If guests do not adhere to room occupancy policy, all occupants will be asked to leave, and local authorities may be contacted.

Check-out time is at 10.00 am on the date shown for your departure.
Check out prior to 10.00 is available (Utilising the key drop express check out box) Alternatively Sydney Junction Hotel reception opens at 9am.
If the room key is not returned at time of check out, Sydney Junction Hotel reserves the right to charge a $20.00 fee to the guest's credit card without further approval.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the hotel including corridors, lounge, and lobby area. Sydney Junction Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. A charge of AUD $250.00 applies to any guests smoking within the accommodation premises. In the event that the fire brigade is called due to the fire system alarm activation, a fee of AUD $1,100.00 applies.

Pets

Sydney Junction Hotel has a no pet policy. In NSW, a Guide Dog in a harness is legally allowed in hotels and motels.

Parking

For the convenience of our guests, we offer complimentary self-parking subject to availability.

Releases and Indemnity

Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Sydney Junction Hotel and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation, your stay or your attendance an event at the relevant Sydney Junction Hotel for any reason whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify Sydney Junction Hotel and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Sydney Junction Hotel or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation, your stay, or your attendance at an event at the relevant Sydney Junction Hotel excepted, caused or contributed to by Sydney Junction Hotel or its current or former officer's, employee's or agent's negligence.

Damage to or Removal of Hotel Property

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel room or any furnishings, fittings, and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/her invitees, subcontractors, or guests. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, Sydney Junction Hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit card. Sydney Junction Hotel reserves the right to charge Guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the Hotel by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.

Sydney Junction Hotel reserves the right to act against any Guest found to have tampered /interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or firefighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the Hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the Hotel. Should the fact that firefighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guests has departed Sydney Junction Hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit card.

Privacy

We will not make this information available to any third party without your prior consent except where required by law or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you.

Payment Policy

Payment for complete stay must be recieved prior or on check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking will be charged for the first full night.
