Conditions générales

Tallawarra Homestead has a strict non-smoking policy. A surcharge of $200.00 will be made against the guest's credit card to cover cost of dry cleaning, sanitation of room and other costs associated with the removal of tobacco odours if smoking is detected within the environs of the Homestead facility.

Code Red Fire Days: This Policy applies to ALL Reservations:

In the event of a Code Red-Catastrophic Fire Danger day being declared in our region, Tallawarra Homestead will be closed, and the following policies will apply:
• Guests currently in -house will be given the opportunity to vacate the property prior to 5 pm the evening before the Code Red warning is issued
• Guests choosing to vacate Tallawarra Homestead will be issued with a Credit Voucher for the equivalent balance of their current stay.
• Re booking of the balance of your stay will be subject to availability at the time of booking.

Guests due to check-in on the declaration of a Code Red/Catastrophic Fire Day being declared will be contacted and advised that accommodation will not be available, and that Tallawarra Homestead will be closed.
• Guests that are advised that their accommodation will not be available, will be issued with a Credit voucher for the equivalent value of their current stay. Re-booking of your stay will be subject to availability of the property the time of re-booking.

A deposit of 50% may be required to confirm booking.
Credit/Debit cards (Visa/MasterCard) will incur a fee of 1.39% on all transactions

This will be confirmed by email

2 days prior to arrival date incurs 50% cancellation fee
24 hrs or less prior to arrival date incurs 100% cancellation fee
