Please read our terms and conditions on our website carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which reservations are accepted by Tall Trees Motel.

Our check in / arrival time is from 2.00 pm Queensland time. Check out / departure time is prior to 10.00 am Queensland time.
Any variance to these times should be made with management, prior to arrival to avoid any extra charges.
Pet is not allowed on property.

Wi-Fi is available; the password can be found in the Motel compendium in your suite.

Payment Policy

The full amount of your accommodation will be charged to your credit card at time of booking to secure your reservation.
MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Debit cards are all welcome. Sorry we do not accept Diners Club cards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or date changes must be made directly with the motel. Email to holiday@talltreesmotel.com.au or Phone 07 5545 1242.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to reservation date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation date will result in forfeiture of the entire cost of the accommodation booking, however a change of dates will be considered subject to availability, and provided it is within 3 months of the original booking.
