TAMAR RIVER VILLAS is only 4 mins drive from the Launceston City Centre and the Beautiful Cataract Gorge. We are situated above the delightful Tamar River, and Tailrace Park. WE OFFER FREE FAST WIFI ACCESS FROM ALL ROOMS.
Our onsite Restaurant is open 6 days a week. Closed Mondays.

Our intent as an accommodation provider, is for all guests to enjoy the comfort we offer.
Our No party policy and excessive noise policy will be strictly enforced.
Payment Policy
PLEASE NOTE: RECEPTION CLOSES AT 5.30 PM Weekdays and 3pm Weekends . If you are arriving after this time ,you must notify Reception and we will organise your room key. (full payment will be taken for late night bookings) All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of valid credit card number. You will not be charged for an accommodation booking prior to the date on which you are due to arrive.Full payment required on day of arrival .By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Tamar River Villas to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation fees for accommodation are as follows:
- 48 hours prior to morning of arrival: free of charge (peak periods no cancellation )
- less than 48 hours prior to arrival: the full amount will be taken unless room is resold.
- No Shows: full payment will be taken.
- Groups, multiple bookings, or bookings for 7 or more days,and peak periods, 2 months notice of cancellation is required. DEPOSIT is required on confirmation of large bookings. Payment is non refundable.
In house departures subject to change are non refundable.
