Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in time: Starting from 2:00 p.m.
(A copy of a valid passport for every guest is needed while filling in the arrival form)
Check-out time: Prior to 12:00 p.m. (Midday)
In case of late check-out, an extra surcharge of 1,000 Thai baht per hour shall be charged to your accommodation bill. However, this entirely depends on villa availability. Please contact reception in prior. (The hotel has a free but limited luggage storage facility available)

Breakfast
For the room package which includes breakfast, the breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. right on the patio of your villa. Please be noted some of the packages or promotions will not include breakfast. You can make the extra order by contacting the reservation agent for additional requirements or more information on the reservation.

Payment Procedure
Payment for accommodation and additional services can be made in cash (only in Thai Baht) or with major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, at the front desk. We do not have a foreign currency exchange booth.

Child policy
For the child policy, please note as below;
1. Children of any age are welcome.
2. Baby cot is free of charge upon request; subject to availability.
3. Children aged 0-6 years old, can stay with parents in the same bed; no extra charge if request no breakfast.
4. Children aged 6-12 years old, can stay with parents in the same bed; request breakfast. The surcharge is THB 550 / 1 child / night.
5. Children aged 6-12 years old, request 1 extra bed; has surcharge as THB 1,000 / 1 child / night including breakfast.
6. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults. An extra bed for adults including breakfast is 1,500 THB per night.
7. The maximum number of extra beds and cots is dependent on the room. Please check for the maximum capacity.
8. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Smoking policy
All of our room is non-smoking. To ensure all the guests’ comfortable stay, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and allowed on the patio for that purpose. The surcharge for in-room cleaning for smoking is THB 3,000. Following this rule allows us to maintain high standards and offer our guests quality service. We thank you for your understanding.

Airport Transportation
For six or fewer guests, we provide a hotel limousine car transfer to Samui International Airport (USM) from the hotel (4.0 kilometers/10 minutes) for the convenience of our guests. The charge for this service is THB 400 net / one way. Please be advised that airport check-in requires a minimum of 1 hour in advance for domestic flights and 2 hours for international departures. Please contact the front office staff for your required time prior to checking out.
