TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check Out:10am – late check out may be arranged; an additional charge may apply.

Reception Hours: Flexible – please be aware we may take some time to return messages and calls depending on availability

Prices: All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, are including GST and subject to change without notice due to seasonal and other variations.

Children: There is no additional charge for children staying in the cabin however an additional $15 will be charged per visiting child attending a Farm Tour that is not included as a guest in a cabin

Pets: No pets permitted.

Cabin Occupancy: The number of people accommodated in each cabin must not exceed the number of beds available. Additional beds may be arranged at the time of booking, an extra charge will be incurred.

Natural Disasters & Major events including power outages: As Tarnasey Farm is located in a regional/coastal area we are sometimes affected by power outages and other weather and natural events beyond our control. Should any such event occur that is out of our control there will be no refund for your booking or any time remaining for your booking should you wish to check out or cancel.

You Need To Know

Deposits and Payments – Your entire stay must paid for in full prior to arrival. Additional nights payments can be made via electronic transfer or cash on site.

Changes & Cancellations – All cancellations will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. The deposit will be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if notified at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will only be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if/when the accommodation is rebooked. If accommodation is not rebooked the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Reservations cancelled, or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit the monies paid.

If you are arriving outside reception hours you must contact Tarnasey Farm during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to check in on the specified arrival date will forfeit the first night. A minimum stay during times of high occupancy (Easter, Christmas, Public Holidays/Long Weekends and School Holidays) may apply. Adult rates apply to persons above 16 years. Child rates apply to guests aged 2 to 16 years. There is no charge under 2 years. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.

Accommodation Guidelines

It is the responsibility of the guest to leave the property clean and tidy on departure. The condition of the property must be left, as close as possible to the condition in which it was at the start of the stay. This includes all cookware and dishes to be washed. Should there be excessive cleaning requirements an additional cleaning fee may be charged to the credit card provided.

Any damages to the cabin/s, breakage, loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, facilities, locks or keys is to be reported as soon as possible to management and paid for at cost, with the exception of acceptable wear and tear.

Total number of guests is not to exceed the number stated on the accommodation booking. Additional guests outside the stated cabin capacity must be registered at the time of booking and will incur extra charge per person. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property overnight. Breaching these conditions will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

ALL Cabins are NON-SMOKING by law, it is prohibited to smoke inside or within 5m of any public building. Smoking inside your accommodation will incur a minimum fee of $250.

Unless specifically arranged with management, private functions or parties are not allowed as they may cause disturbance to our neighbours or cause damage to the property and/or animals.

Excessive noise or disturbance to our neighbours or other guests staying on the property is prohibited and may result in termination of accommodation, removal from property and loss of monies paid.

Tarnasey Farm will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, management reserves the right to make changes to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the property being sold; the malfunction of any inventory items; the property is withdrawn from letting or impact from natural events. If Tarnasey Farm are unable to accommodate guests as advised, reasonable efforts will be made to help secure alternate accommodation. All of the facilities including our accommodation are regularly serviced and maintained. Please be aware, that there may be circumstances outside our control that result in some facilities not being available for guest use. We will always endeavour to get these facilities repaired promptly for guest enjoyment but this cannot be guaranteed.

Tarnasey Farm takes no responsibility for your personal property left on the premises. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms.

Payment Policy

Payment in full for your accommodation will be taken at time of booking. Payment for any additional nights can be made via direct debit or cash by negotiation.

Group bookings or bookings made under special offers will also require full payment to be taken at time of booking.

Payment is accepted by Debit Visa, Visa or Mastercard.
