Terms & Conditions

General
The following rules are the Terms and Conditions of occupancy. The owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy resulting in eviction from the Property of any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these Terms and Conditions. The consequences of not complying with the Terms and Conditions requirements can include enforcement action from the owner, security services, local councils or, in some instances, the Police.

Pets
No pets or other animals are permitted on the property.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Noise and Residential amenity
Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of our other venues and neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy. Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of our neighbours and the local community.

Parking
Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles; and Parking arrangements at the Property are as follows: Cars only permissible on driveway and on the roadway in accordance with council signage. No cars are allowed to restrict neighbouring properties access or be parked or driven on any grassed areas.

Housekeeping
Upon vacation, please ensure: All dishes and utensils are washed and put away. Used towels are left in the bathroom. Rubbish is placed in the wheelie bins located outside. All damages are reported to Management.

Damages, theft and loss
You are responsible for taking reasonable measures (e.g. locking windows and doors while premises are unattended) to prevent damage, theft or loss to any property belonging to Terraces Down Town. Further fees may be charged to replace lost or broken items.

Keys
Keys will be placed in a key lock box. The code for the key lock box will be emailed to you before your arrival. All keys must be placed back in the key lock box, and the key lock box must be locked on check-out.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before 11am on the first date of the booking.
