Terms & Conditions

Please note when making a booking we need a 24hr notice to book, or if it is on the day you will need to ring 0418464134 to make the booking.

It is essential you have AWD or 4wd. In the event that you are unable reach the cabins via the alternate route there may be the possibility that your booking is cancelled and refunded. However if you do not have AWD or 4wd and the route is passable via these vehicles then you will not be refunded.

Only registered/confirmed guests are allowed anywhere on the property at anytime, unless with prior written authorisation from management. Breaching this condition will result in the cancellation of your stay.

Pet Bond is required prior to accepting your pet. $100 refundable bond is required.

By making a booking, you accept these conditions as stated.

Payment Policy

50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Balance is payable the day prior to arrival.

All bookings during peak period must be paid 7 days prior to arrival. No refund after 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

More then 21 days prior to arrival - deposit refunded less a cancellation fee of $25
21 to 7 days prior to arrival - deposit is subject to our re-letting the confirmed accommodation less a $25 cancellation fee
Less then 7 days to arrival - no refund of deposit.
