CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am unless otherwise arranged.
The balance of your booking is due in full on arrival. Payment will be processed at close of business on the day of your arrival if you are due to check-in after hours. Should you choose to depart earlier than anticipated once checked in the balance is NON-refundable. This includes any change of mind due to weather or other fishing related reasons.

KEYS
Please keep your keys with you at all times. Ensure your apartment is always locked upon leaving the premises. Key replacement will incur a charge of $20. When checking out, please lock the apartment and place key in the key return box near reception door.

INSPECTIONS
On your departure day please leave your apartment clean and tidy. Dishes must be washed and dried, or the dishwasher must be put on for a cycle. Any used towels to be placed in the shower. All rubbish to be taken to the bins along the river road. You do not need to strip the beds or wash bed linen or towels. If the apartment is to be found in an unfit state, an excess cleaning charge of $100 will be applied to your credit card.

SMOKING
Do not smoke inside the apartments, we ask that if you do smoke on the patio please close the doors to the apartment. Any breach of this regulation will incur a cleaning charge of $100.

KITCHEN FACILITIES
Please always use the range hood during cooking or the smoke alarms will engage.

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Credit card details must be obtained to secure a booking and are held as a security for the apartment/s.
It is appreciated that apartments are left in a reasonable condition. Apartments left in unsatisfactory conditions will be charged a further $100 cleaning service fee within 14 days of departure from the credit card stored with the booking. Damages to the property including any furnishings and external facilities will be valuated and paid for by the guest within 14 days of departure.

CHANGE TO OCCUPANCY
Any changes to the guest occupancy must be advised via email or SMS as soon as possible.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The Anchorage is not responsible for any personal belongings. A guests personal belongings are at the risk and responsibility of the guest.

Payment Policy

SHOULDER / LOW SEASON
A a credit card is required to secure the booking - no payment is taken upon booking. 48 hours written notice of cancellation or full rate of first nights stay is charged. The balance is due in full on arrival.

PEAK / HIGH SEASON
A deposit to the value of 50% of the total booking amount is required. 14 Days written notice of cancellation for refund, less than 14 days will forfeit 50% deposit. The balance is due in full on arrival.

Should you choose to depart earlier than anticipated once checked in the balance is NON-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

SHOULDER / LOW SEASON
48 hours written notice of cancellation or forfeit full rate of first nights stay is charged.

PEAK / HIGH SEASON
14 Days written notice of cancellation for refund, less than 14 days will forfeit 50% deposit.
