The Bundanoon Guest House

THE BUNDANOON GUEST HOUSE is one of the few original Guest Houses remaining in Bundanoon. Built in 1925, it still retains the charm and character of that era, including an open fire, and offers gracious accommodation for up to 36 people. The House comprises a generous guest lounge, public sitting room, large games and conference room, a large dining room, private dining room, bar, front verandah and an extensive garden.

The Guest House is situated in the friendly Southern Highlands village of Bundanoon. Bundanoon is the perfect village alternative to the larger towns of Bowral, Mittagong and Moss Vale and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With a population of just under 3000, our delightful village is a gateway to Morton National Park where you can walk for miles and take in the breathtaking scenery. Cyclist are also well catered for with kilometers of wide open spaces for the on road specialist and ever changing terrain for the keen mountain biker. It is a vibrant town, packed with old-world charm including Cafes, Tea Rooms, Restaurants, Gift Shops as well as a local Pub and Sports Club. Market days, held on the first and third Sunday of each month (except January), feature fresh produce, handicrafts and plants. The annual Scottish Highland gathering, Brigadoon, is held every April featuring all things Tartan. also hosts other annual events such as Winterfest and the Garden Ramble.

The recently refurbished Guest House is less than 1km from the town center, and offers comfortable bed and breakfast styled accommodation in a beautiful circa 1910 heritage house. Accommodation comprises 14 Guest Rooms in the main house, each with a private en-suite bathroom, plus a Two Bedroom Cottage located at the rear of the property. Other features include:

Reception hours: 8.30am to7.30pm

Check-in: 2.00pm to 7.30pm (Later check-ins are ok, but please let us know ahead of time if you will arrive after 7:30pm)
Check-out: 8:00am to 10:00am (late check-out at additional cost, when available)

Guests are encouraged to take advantage of our lounge areas. There are many comfortable spots to relax in – our bar, lounge area, dining room, games room, garden, and conference room.

Children and beds: Children of any age are welcome however we are limited with rooms that can accommodate children under the age of 12 years. Trundle beds are available on request. Cots are not provided. Please call to discuss your requirements. 02 4883 6372

Breakfast: A complimentary continental breakfast is available every morning. The breakfast includes cereal, seasonal fruit, yogurt, toast, spreads, juices, tea & coffee. This is available 7 days / week from 8am to 9:30am.Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 9.30am Saturday and Sunday. Gluten-free / dairy-free available on request.
