Enjoy the warm ambience of this elegant property and experience the friendly service this historic venue offers all year round. We strive to make your stay with us an enjoyable one that will leave you with fond memories and a desire to return. The Chalet is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax whilst you enjoy the crisp mountain air and wonderful sights which the Blue Mountains has to offer. Relax in the lounge, sit by the open fire reading the morning paper, a book, browse the extensive private collection of artworks or wander through the gardens.

Terms & Conditions
1. NO smoking anywhere inside (this includes vapes and e-cigarettes). There is a smoking area provided on the front porch with ashtrays available.
2. No children except for the Family Room.
3. Any lost or stolen property is the full responsibility of the guest. We recommend guests ensure they have relevant insurance.
4. All damages must be paid for.
5. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees. Tea, coffee and wine stains are usually easy to clean and do not require any payment, but it is appreciated if guests let us know as soon as it happens to minimise the impact.
6. We reserve the right to have disruptive or aggressive guests removed with no refund.
7. We are fully licensed with an "on premises" licence. All regulations associated with the responsible service of alcohol will be maintained. This includes reporting to the police any incidence of a parent/adult providing alcohol to anyone under the age of 18, including their own children.
8. All standard Australian Federal and State laws apply.
("We" refers to "The Chalet Guesthouse and Studio".)
Payment Policy
Full payment during your stay. In the event of cancellation fees being applicable then we will process the charges to your nominated card.
Cancellation Policy
* Eight (8) or more days prior to check in - free cancellation.
* Two (2) to Seven (7) days notice - $50.
* Day prior to check in - $100.
* Same day or 'no show' - First night cost.
