The Daylesford Hotel is a majestic 100 year old building in the centre of Daylesford, offering warm hospitality. The hotel is within strolling distance to the main street cafes, galleries, shops and beautiful botanic gardens and easy distance to Daylesford and Hepburn highlights including the lake, the mineral springs and the relaxing Hepburn Spas.
A traditional hotel, serving modern pub food, with a range of Australian and imported craft beers, many on tap. Our wine list showcases local and regional winemakers as well as some interesting international labels. Browse our wine store for other current favourites.

Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings made with the Daylesford Hotel are subject to the following terms and conditions and the person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions once any payment is made in relation to the booking.
1. DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions:
'Weekend' means Friday, Saturday, Sunday
'Midweek' means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
'Public Holiday' means any Victorian gazetted public holiday
'Special Period' means any period of time denoted as a 'special period' as shown on the 'availability calendar' and can include (but is not limited to) School Holidays, Public Holidays, days surrounding public holidays and nominated special events.
'Availability Calendar' means the calendar shown on the Daylesford Hotel website that indicates availability for rooms or the apartment
BOOKINGS
a. The name of the person on the original booking form remains the sole contact
b. Public holidays and nominated special periods may attract minimum stays
c. Twin bed configurations are subject to availability
d .The Daylesford Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking
PAYMENT TERMS
a. For online or telephone bookings, payment may be made by Visa Card or MasterCard only
b. Full payment is required when booking. Accommodation will not be held without payment
ACCOMMODATION TERMS OF USE
a. Guests understand that hotel rooms 4 – 10 inclusive do not have ensuites and share separate male and female bathrooms in the hallway
b. Check-in time is 3pm to 8pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11am on the day of departure unless specified otherwise. check-in on a weekend day may be possible from 1pm . Please call with the Hotel
c. When accommodation is booked for 3 nights or more, a complimentary refresh service including fresh linen and towels is provided
d. Keys should be returned to the bar or left in the room / apartment door no later than 11am on the day of departure.
e. A call out fee of $50 will apply to guests who forget or lose their hotel key and require attendance after hours. The fee is payable at the time of the call out.
f. Please respect the privacy of other hotel guests and patrons by minimising noise.
g. The hotel balcony is available for use only during regular hotel hours.
h. All hotel accommodation is non-smoking. The hotel balcony is non-smoking.
i. Maximum occupancy for hotel rooms is 2 adults. Maximum occupancy for the apartment is 3 persons (unless prior arrangement is made with hotel management). An additional bed in the apartment will incur a fee of $50 per night.
j. A minimum key replacement fee of $50 will apply if hotel keys are not returned on departure. Additional locksmith fees may also apply if locks require replacement due to the loss of keys.
LOSS AND DAMAGE
a. The Daylesford Hotel reserves the right to request payment in full and/or charge repair/replacement costs to the guest credit card provided as pre-authorisation, or by withholding the cash security bond, in the event of property damage or theft either accidentally, maliciously or through negligence on the guests behalf.
b. The Daylesford Hotel is not responsible for the security of guest belongings and encourages you to ensure your accommodation is secure when not occupied.
c. Any belongings left that are unclaimed within 30 days from date of departure will be donated to local charity organisations. Any items claimed need to be collected or can be returned C.O.D (cash on delivery).
COMPLAINT RESOLUTION POLICY
Should you wish to raise an issue, please make contact with our Management at the first available opportunity. We will attempt to rectify or resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Any complaint during checkout or after your departure will be noted and acted on where appropriate, however we cannot consider compensation if we were not given the opportunity to fix or rectify matters at the time the issue occurred.

Cancellation Policy
The Daylesford Hotel is a small regional hotel and cancellations affect us greatly. A current credit card is required to secure all online bookings. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
All requests for cancellations and amendments to bookings must be submitted in writing to our email account accommodation@daylesfordhotel.com.au. Please include booking name, Booking ID (if available) and reason for cancelling.
You may also leave a message on our answering machine.
Cancellations with 7 days or more prior to arrival will result in no charge and a refund where applicable.
Cancellations less than 7 days may result in 100% of the accommodation rate being charged to the Credit Card provided.
