Terms & Conditions
Upon check-in a photocopy of a valid credit card and driver's licence is required. The person making the reservation and guest/s checking in must be over 18 years. You will be required to put down a deposit which will be the amount of the room booked. Deposits will be accepted via credit card only.
The Greenroof reserves the right to charge your credit card upon booking with us. The Greenroof reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings.
The Greenroof has a no party policy for the comfort and safety of all guests. We reserve the right to remove any persons from the property who do not adhere to this. No refunds will be given.
The Greenroof reserves the right to charge your credit card accordingly for any damages sustained to the room or any lost or stolen property (including room keys).
All rooms and common areas are non smoking. If this policy is not adhered to a $350 cleaning fee will be charged. For the safety of all our guests CCTV cameras monitor all entrances and hallways. These cameras are not available for public access.
If staying in the deluxe queen room with balcony you need to be inside from the balcony no later than 9pm. We have strict noise restrictions due to surrounding residents so please be considerate. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property who does not adhere to this.
The Greenroof has a pub/bistro downstairs so while we will work to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay we cant guarentee it will be noiseless.
Check out time is 10am. We trust that you will enjoy your stay and ask you to be considerate of others.
*Please note every Friday night we are open until midnight and every saturday night we are open until 2:30am. We have to adhere to strict licensing laws and there are conditions of entry after 9pm. You will also be required to put down a deposit to cover any damages. For more info call the hotel during business hours*
Payment Policy
Payment will be made on the day of check in. We may perform a check on the card details provided at the time of booking to make sure funds are available.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel 7 days prior to check-in you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after that will be charged the first night in full.
