TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Check-in is from 2pm and Check Out time is 10am.

USE OF PROPERTY

Noise Restrictions apply from 10pm-8am to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay.

Any guest or patron displaying offensive behaviour will be asked to leave and will not be eligible for a refund.

Guests will be asked to pay for any costs incurred resulting from malicious damage to the property and contents of The Grove On Russell.

If rooms are left in an unreasonable state requiring specialised cleaning an additional fee will apply. If items go missing or are intentionally damaged during your stay, guests will be charged for the replacement of these items.

SAFETY & SECURITY

The Grove on Russell is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Guests are encouraged to lock room doors and ensure no valuables are left unattended in rooms.

The Grove on Russell also accepts no responsilbility for any damage or theft in relation to personal vehicles parked onsite. 

CREDIT CARDS

By providing credit card details, guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise The Grove on Russell to charge the cost of their booking(s) to that credit card, as well as charges associated with their stay.

The safety and security of our guests and staff remains our highest priority. We have made the following changes to ensure we provide a safe stay with maximum booking flexibility as the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change and evolve.

Greater Flexibility for New and Existing Reservations
For all new and existing reservations, The Grove on Russell has introduced a more flexible cancellation policy allowing customers to change or cancel bookings at no charge, if their circumstances change due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Health and Hygiene
The Grove on Russell has introduced the following improved cleaning protocols to ensure guests enjoy an even cleaner stay.
• Extra disinfection of high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches and door handles
• Increased cleaning frequency of common areas
• Guest-accessible disinfectant and alcohol hand sanitiser
• Contactless online booking, payment and check-in system
• Enhanced staff safety and well-being with personal protective equipment and enhanced cleaning protocols

What to Expect During Your Stay
As you know, the way we travel looks a little different right now, so we wanted to ensure you had the latest list of what to keep in mind when staying at the Grove on Russell.
Social Distancing
Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and staff Members and maintain the suggested six feet of distance.

For all guests and visitors to the Grove on Russell we ask that you do not travel to our premises if you answer Yes to any of the following:
• Are you feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath?
• Have you had close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19)?
• Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days?
• Have you been to any COVID-19 hotspots in the last 14 days?

If you experience any symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath during your stay please notify management immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.

Guests who do not respect and adhere to the terms & conditions outlined above, may be asked to leave the property and will forfeit any charges associated with their booking.

 

 

Payment Policy

Full Payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking for all standard rooms. Rooms will not be held without payment. 

Payment is to be made by Credit or Debit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel or change your booking due to COVID-19 related circumstances we are happy to do so at no charge.

If you do not contact us to cancel, no refund will be issued.

We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
